Conference News has partnered with international change agency Global Destination Sustainability Movement (GDS-Movement) to support the delivery of its upcoming CN Sustainability Summit 2024 on Wednesday, 24 July at the Chicago Booth London Conference Centre. 

The partnership will involve GDS-Movement’s Jennifer Jensen hosting a panel discussion with UK destination representatives from Manchester, Belfast, Cambridge and Newcastle, on harnessing the power of events to create more regenerative cities. GDS-Movement will also deliver a keynote session to conclude the event with a focus on regenerative MICE strategies and using events as a driver of good.   

Jack Newey, portfolio director at Conference News, commented: “We are really excited to partner with the GDS-Movement through a content partnership. The aim is to help bring awareness and education for event planners around which UK & Global destinations are making a conscious effort to track and promote sustainability and legacy for events. This will bring a new dynamic to the content and will hopefully help bring new global expertise to the discussion at the summit.”
